Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products or the size, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days. The process is extremely simple and free from all EU countries.

To receive your free return label, please send us an email at service@strolz.at.

Once we have received the items, we will refund you within seven days using the original payment method. We can only accept unworn and unwashed items with the original packaging materials.
