Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

• Der Miettarif gilt nur für aufeinanderfolgende Tage.
• Ungünstige Witterung oder andere Behinderungen befreien nicht von der Bezahlung des Miettarifs.
• Bei Verletzung oder Krankheit des Mietenden während der Mietzeit gilt bei Vorlage eines ärztlichen Berichts folgende Regelung:
• Sofortige Rückgabe der Mietgeräte
• Keine Berechnung des Miettarifs ab Ausstellungsdatum des ärztlichen Berichts
• Gutschrift bzw. Geldrückgabe ab Ausstellungsdatum des ärztlichen Berichts für die restlichen bereits bezahlten Miettage.
• Bei Nichtvorlage eines ärztlichen Berichts im Verletzungs- bzw. Krankheitsfall wird der volle Miettarif berechnet.
• Weitergabe der Mietgeräte an andere Personen ist untersagt.
• Die Versicherung beinhaltet Bruch und Diebstahl, wobei bei Diebstahl ein Selbstbehalt entsteht.
• Vermietungen nach 14.00 Uhr werden erst ab dem darauffolgenden Kalendertag berechnet. Bei Rückgabe der Mietgeräte vor 10.00 Uhr wird der laufende Kalendertag nicht berechnet.
• Für Unfälle aller Art wird keine Haftung übernommen.
• Gerichtsstand ist jeweils Bludenz.

Terms and Conditions

• Lease rate is only effective for consecutive daily rentals
• There are no exemtions from the payment of the lease rate due to unfavourable weather conditions or other impediments.
• In the case of illness or injury during the term of the lease, the following regulations shall apply subject to presentation of a medical certificate:
• Immediate return of leased items
• No charge of the lease rate from the date of issue of the medical certificate
• Credit note or refund of the remaining lease period paid from the date of issue of the medical certificate.
• If no medical certificate is provided in the event of illness or injury, the full lease rate will be charged.
• Transfer oft he leased objects on to third parties is not allowed.
• The insurance includes material damage and theft. In the event of theft of leased items, customers are liable for the deductible amount.
• Objects leased after 2.00 p.m. are only charged as from the following calendar day. Upon return of the lease objects before 10.00 a.m., the current calendar day will not be charged.
• Liability for all kinds of accidents is explicitly excluded.
• Exclusive court of jurisdiction is Bludenz.
