The rental rate is only valid for consecutive days.
Adverse weather conditions or other impediments do not exempt you from paying the rental fee.
If the tenant is injured or ill during the rental period, the following rule applies upon presentation of a medical report:
Immediate return of rental equipment
No calculation of the rental rate from the date of issue of the medical report
Credit or refund from the date of issue of the medical report for the remaining rental days already paid.
If a medical report is not presented in the event of injury or illness, the full rental rate will be charged.
Passing on the rental equipment to other persons is prohibited.
The insurance covers breakage and theft, with a deductible in the event of theft.
Rentals after 2 p.m. will only be charged from the following calendar day. If the rental equipment is returned before 10 a.m., the current calendar day will not be charged.
No liability is accepted for any type of accident.
The place of jurisdiction is Bludenz.

Lease rate is only effective for consecutive daily rentals
There are no exemptions from the payment of the lease rate due to unfavourable weather conditions or other impediments.
In the event of illness or injury during the term of the lease, the following regulations shall apply subject to presentation of a medical certificate:
Immediate return of leased items
No charge of the lease rate from the date of issue of the medical certificate
Credit note or refund of the remaining lease period paid from the date of issue of the medical certificate.
If no medical certificate is provided in the event of illness or injury, the full lease rate will be charged.
Transfer of leased objects to third parties is not permitted.
The insurance includes material damage and theft. In the event of theft of leased items, customers are liable for the deductible amount.
Objects leased after 2.00 pm are only charged as from the following calendar day. Upon return of the lease objects before 10.00 am, the current calendar day will not be charged.
Liability for all kinds of accidents is explicitly excluded.
